At Safetec, we’re committed to providing transparent and fair pricing. While our wide range of ordering options may seem complex at first, our pricing is based on straightforward components:
Setup Fee (for new logos)
A one-time charge to convert your logo into a format compatible with our
embroidery or printing equipment.
Application Costs (logo placement)
This fee covers the application of your logo to each garment. The cost
decreases as the quantity increases, making bulk orders more economical.
Please note the application cost is based on the same logo being applied:
if for example 25 garments are embroidered with Logo 1, and 50 with Logo 2,
you will pay the separate quantity break for each logo.

For first time customisations a one-off setup fee applies. When you log in and select your design for repeat orders you will not be charged. This covers converting your design into a format for our embroidery or printing machines; we will also send a proof for your approval.
