We set the standard when it comes to customer satisfaction and service. For peace of mind we offer a free return service, so if you are not 100% happy with any of our products we can replace or refund your item. This ensures the only thing you pay for is the products you purchase.

If you have received the wrong item, your item is faulty or the item/s you wish to return are over 10kg in weight and/or over 60x60x60cm in size, let us handle it and arrange a free collection.

Free self return
If you are returning your item for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items with our free self return service.
