Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday between business hours, for weekend or timed
deliveries please contact a member of our team.

Each product displays an estimated lead time at point of sale and you will also get a further estimated
order arrival time when you go to check out. If you need any further information please contact us and a

All orders are sent out complete to help reduce our carbon footprint and to prevent waste from
excess packaging, if your order needs to be split please contact a member of our team.

Bespoke print orders have a lead time of 7-10 working days, in order to keep the high levels of
service and speedy turn around orders for this service are classed as a separate order to standard
stock orders.

What do I do, if I order something and it is for any reason not quite right?
For peace of mind we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all stock items, so if something does not fit or for some reason you are not 100% happy let us know within 30 days and we will arrange collection of the goods for a full credit or exchange. All we ask is that the product is unspoilt and with it's original packaging.

I am missing an item or something is damaged, what do I do?
In the rare and unfortunate event of there being damage or a shortage upon delivery, contact customer services on 0345 500 6060 so we can sort the problem and send replacements.

Return Procedure

  1. You will need your delivery note number and the details of the items to be returned.
  2. Phone customer services on 0345 500 6060 or email [email protected]
  3. We will issue a returns number and immediately arrange for collection of the items.
  4. Return the item in its original condition, including any packaging and make sure it's safely and securely packed into another outer box so it is not defaced or damaged in any way.
  5. We will then despatch a replacement from our distribution centre or process a refund as appropriate on inspection of the returned goods.
  6. Refunds will be processed with 7 days of return.

Disclaimer: This footwear is Electrical Hazard and tested in accordance with the test method as set out within ASTM F2412-18. This protection deteriorates rapidly in humid, damp and wet environments and with wear. Electrical Hazard (EH) Safety footwear is intended as secondary source protection equipment and not for live working. This boot has been independently tested in accordance to the IEC 61482-1-1:2019 arc test methods. The results achieved are not an official rating or standard and the conclusions are not covered by the ENAC accreditation scope. The project ATPV rating for the material is 126 Cal/cm² and project rating for whole footwear was No Burns observed at 109.4 Cal/cm². Laces to the same specification from the manufacturer should be used as replacements.
